Two brothers, thirty years at the grill
Ibrahim and Sakir learned to grill from their parents. They are still the ones behind the counter.
The Adana is prepared twice a day, once for lunch and once for dinner. The kebab is homemade, stacked on its spit and thinly sliced. In the video, the owner shows you around the dining room and the kitchen.
